The Mirka Hiolit XO 44 x 103 in. 80 Grit Cloth Wide Sanding Belt is a semi-open, stiff universal abrasive engineered for belt sanding and machine sanding that demands excellent edge wear resistance and long belt life. Built on a polyester cloth backing with a blue-fired aluminum oxide grain bonded resin over resin, this 80-grit belt is suited to aggressive stock removal and heavy shaping before finer sanding. It is finished with Mirka’s TS joint, cut in a sine-wave shape to eliminate the hinge effect and prevent chatter marks across the workpiece. Each box contains 5 belts.
