Full resin bonding and an aluminum oxide grain guarantee durability, with silicon carbide used in the coarsest grit for an aggressive initial cut. Built on an antistatic t-paper / f-paper backing with an aluminum oxide / silicon carbide grain, this 400-grit narrow belt is suited to fine finishing and producing a smooth, consistent surface on hardwood such as beech, birch, and oak, plus metal, plastic, and lacquer. It uses an A-joint — an overlapping joint with no interruption in the abrasive coating — for a uniform belt thickness and even, chatter-free sanding. Each box contains 10 belts.
